MY MANAGEMENT POLICY
1
Creation of "Added Values"
on the Crafted Products
Under the current economical recession, Nakai Wood
Company has found it necessary to develop@inexpensive
products to be successful in the competitive market in
cooperation with overseas companies.
I think that innovative ideas and actions may maneuver
a company out of the economic rough water.
2
Development of New Markets

In addition to our traditional sales practices,
I am currently focused on markets for commercial sale,
overseas sale by using INTERNET and sale to public
organizations.
3
Advantages of our
Production Lines
Meeting of supply and demand will drive our market
in future. I have striven to develop cost-effective
systematic lines by integrating time- and labor-saving
procedures into our production system.
The lines, well managed under the systematic ideas,
will thus produce cost-effective furniture at our factory.
With the above ideas in mind, I would like to make my best to provide unique furniture to
customers throughout the world even toward the new century.
